The property use fee is $250 per day.  People may come as early as they want and can stay as long as they want.  The use of the property includes two hermitages.  Each with a small refrigerator and microwave oven. You may use our propane grill, bathroom, six kayaks with life vests, and bonfire wood.  Families bring their own food and paper products.  No alcohol allowed.  We can provide seating for 36 (tables and chairs) under our Holy Family pavilion.  Families and organizations are welcome to plan their own programs (speaker, obtain a priest for Mass, etc.).  "All are Welcome" day retreats are the only retreat programs we organize. 

 

The kayaks are only used when the lake is calm.  Kayaking and swimming are at your own risk.  Lodi Point State Park is .3 mile south, which offers two playgrounds, swimming at your own risk and two boat launches.

If overnight stays are desired, the Sacred Heart hermitage (two twin beds) and the Immaculate Heart hermitage (one full bed) are available for $110 per hermitage per night.  There is one shared bathroom that is not attached to the hermitages.  One must exit the hermitage to use the bathroom.  The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.  Your tents are welcome for the fee of $30 per tent, per night.   We do not supply tents.
